Astro-Image of the Day: Glaciers on Mars!

I was just reading in Science News - don't know how I missed the news online - that NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has revealed vast glaciers of water-ice... and not just at the poles, but at Mars' mid-latitudes. Wow!

Click the image to see the story.

So it's not just North America that's getting hammered with snow.

Ba-da-boom, tsch!
Chris

This is that time of the semester when grading takes over my life. I'll get better again, I promise!
