Campbell Memorial Award for the best science-fiction novel of the year (we write to publishers requesting nominations) or the Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award for the best short science fiction of the year (we write to editors, reviewers, and other serious readers of short SF requesting nominations), please reply here and let me know if you are interesting in participating.
